Natalie Tanase - Founder
Natalie Tanase is our VIP Profit Pro. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Natalie began her journey at 19, launching and successfully selling her first Merchant Services business.
She went on to manage operations for an 8 figure multi location automotive company and later built an online Direct Marketing fitness brand while balancing motherhood.
Combining her passion for entrepreneurship and finance, Natalie founded a leading financial suite for online entrepreneurs, offering fractional CFO services, bookkeeping, financial coaching, payroll, and tax liaison services.
Her mission is to empower entrepreneurs with personalized financial solutions that drive growth and bring joy to their financial journeys.
When not working, Natalie enjoys quality time with her husband, three sons, and their dog. You can find her on a sporting sideline, out on the lake, or attempting farm life on their land in Southwest Texas!

Randi Ackerman
Financial Account Manager
Randi is a devoted wife and mom to two energetic boys who brings more than 15 years of accounting and account‑management expertise to every venture. A seasoned entrepreneur, she and her husband own a thriving coffee company and are now building a brick‑and‑mortar coffee shop from the ground up, blending their business savvy with a shared love of craft coffee. Before diving into the coffee world, Randi ran a successful custom‑merch studio that produced t‑shirts, graphics, wooden signs, and personalized cups—experience that sharpened both her creative flair and operational acumen.
When she isn’t balancing ledgers or perfecting espresso blends, Randi is a fitness enthusiast who loves working out, cheering on her kids at sporting events, and hosting lively game nights with family and friends.
Lindsey Denney
Financial Account Manager
With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Lindsey brings financial expertise to The VIP Suite. She is passionate about building lasting client relationships and providing personalized support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Originally from Colorado, she moved to Texas in 2015 with her husband and three children. In addition to her role at The VIP Suite, Lindsey actively supports her husband’s business ventures, applying her financial knowledge to help them thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and is working with her family toward building a sustainable homestead.
Maryl Joyce Tabaniag
Associate Accountant
Maryl, a spirited accounting professional with four years of experience as an external auditor, bookkeeper, and accountant, currently rocking it at VIP Suite.Her mission is to take the international accounting world by storm! Maryl thrives on challenges and loves delivering ultimate results that make our clients smile.
When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her trading her cozy homebody vibes for outdoor adventures that keep her zest for life alive.
Erica Coloma
Associate Accountant
Erica is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, excited to contribute her skills and knowledge to the financial sector. She is currently pursuing a degree in finance, committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loving family, including husband and son.
In her free time, she is an avid reader and also enjoys strength training, which helps her maintain a balanced lifestyle. She looks forward to applying her passion for finance and accounting to drive success in her role.
Cee Jae De Leon
Account Administrator
Cee Jae De Leon is an accounting professional with over 3 years of experience in payroll management, financial oversight, and administrative support. Since joining The VIP Suite in 2024, she has streamlined payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes, ensuring efficient financial operations for clients.
With a degree in Accounting Management from Philippine Christian University and QuickBooks Online certification, Cee Jae is committed to delivering high-quality financial services. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
Meritxell Aguilar
Account Administrator
Meritxell lives in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. Drawing on her background as a financial assistant and administrative aide, she supports VIP Suite’s daily accounting and office operations. She earned an Accounting degree from the Autonomous University of Chiapas and holds a diploma in Executive Management. Her responsibilities range from managing payables and receivables to preparing internal reports and maintaining orderly records for client files.
Outside work, she enjoys exercising, listening to music, and crocheting.
